What is My Day My Way?

My Day My Way is a secure Communication in Care app designed for people with disability, families, carers, and support providers. It brings daily updates, important information, and care notes into one shared place — reducing confusion and improving continuity of care.

How does My Day My Way work?

Simply create a secure profile for the participant. Invite approved family members, carers, and health professionals. Upload Behaviour Support Plans, Medical Emergency Plans and Personal Care plans. Share updates, notes, tasks, and key information in real time. Everything is stored securely on AWS (Australia), so everyone stays informed — without endless phone calls or scattered messages.

Who is it best suited for?

My Day My Way is ideal for people with disability who are receiving supports, families wanting clear and consistent communication, SIL providers, support coordinators, care teams, health professionals and services looking to improve transparency and reduce admin load.

What does it cost?

We offer flexible plans for individuals and providers, with options to scale as your needs grow. Pricing is transparent, with no hidden fees. My Day My Way is designed to support NDIS-funded services by maintaining safety and improving communication between participants, families, and care teams. Is My Day My Way available on Android?

No, we’re not on Android yet. Our plan is to work on an Android version in 2026, once we have the funds to create and support another platform.

Can I export the information from My Day My Way?

Yes. The Admin (Account owner) who holds consent for managing the participant's information can export data through CMS. Export formats currently available are CSV, JSON, and PDF. This protects the participants privacy and reduces administration time for NDIS providers.
