Biography

Dee Giudice is the founder of My Day My Way®, a secure communication and documentation platform created from both professional expertise and lived experience supporting her daughter, Caitlin, who has complex disability, behavioural, medical, and mental health support needs.

With more than 25 years’ experience across inclusive education, disability support, behaviour support, and complex care environments, Dee brings a unique understanding of the communication challenges faced by families, educators, support teams, allied health professionals, and providers.

Dee is a registered teacher, Behaviour Support Practitioner (Proficient), and Doctor of Education candidate, with a strong focus on improving communication systems, continuity of care, and person-centred support for individuals with complex needs.

My Day My Way® was developed after years of navigating fragmented communication across multiple care environments and recognising the need for one secure place where teams can access real-time updates, structured documentation, behaviour and health tracking, and shared visibility across support settings.

Through My Day My Way®, Dee is committed to helping organisations, families, and professionals move toward more connected, informed, and proactive care.
